Your tasks

  • Cleaning and inspection: You clean the holiday apartments and sanitary facilities after check-out.
  • Ensuring the objects are in perfect overall condition
  • Replenishing materials: You ensure that all necessary consumables are always available and support warehouse organization.
  • Minor repairs: you are responsible for minor maintenance tasks during operation, e.g., replacing light bulbs, fittings, and simple wear parts.
  • Change of bed linen and towels
  • Checking for cleanliness and completeness: You are responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of hygiene and ensuring that our guests enjoy a holistic stay experience.
  • Reporting and documentation of major damage or necessary repairs
  • Damage or irregularities: You report any damage, repairs, or safety risks to us.
  • Regular quality control and basic inspection of the apartments

You need to bring this.

  • Reliability and meticulous work ethic
  • Basic understanding of crafts and enjoyment of practical work
  • Ideally, experience in janitorial services, facility management, or skilled trades.
  • Reliable, independent and solution-oriented work style
  • Attention to detail and high standards for order and quality
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on smaller jobs at short notice
  • Class B driving licence is an advantage
  • Experience in cleaning is an advantage, but not a requirement.
